 Free Shipping:

We are pleased to offer complimentary domestic shipping on all orders within our primary locations.

  • For Nigeria, free domestic shipping is available on all orders over ₦1,800,000.
  • For the United Kingdom, free domestic shipping applies to all orders over £1,000 shipped within the UK.

 

Paid Shipping

  • We offer paid shipping for all other countries.

Each order is handled with the utmost care, ensuring your pieces arrive safely and beautifully, in keeping with the premium standard of our brand.

Shipping Destinations:

We offer domestic shipping within the UK, Nigeria and international shipping to select countries. Please check our shipping options at checkout.

 

Processing Time:

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of purchase. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

 

Shipping Methods:

Shipping methods will be displayed at checkout based on your delivery location. You will be able to select your preferred method of shipping when completing your order.

Customs and Duties:

For international orders, customs duties and taxes may be applied by your local authorities once the shipment reaches your country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Please contact your local customs office for more details.

 
Important Customs Notice (For Our U.S. Clients):

Please note that due to updated U.S. Customs regulations, orders arriving in the United States may incur additional duty or tax fees upon entry.

These fees are determined solely by U.S. Customs and are not included in your order total at checkout.

To ensure a seamless delivery experience, kindly be aware that the recipient will be required to settle these charges before the package can be released.

We encourage our U.S. clients to keep this in mind to avoid any unexpected delays.Order Tracking:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor the progress of your shipment.

  

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Wana Sambo. If for any reason you’re not happy, we offer the following return and exchange policy.

 

Eligibility for Returns:

You may return items within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is in its original, unworn, and unwashed condition with all tags attached. Please note that all returns must be made from original delivery location.

Sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Custom or tailored-to-fit garments cannot be returned.

 

 

How to Return:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our Customer Service team at orders@wanasambo.com or through our online returns portal to request a return authorization (RA) number.
  2. Once you receive your RA number, carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging and include your receipt or proof of purchase.
  3. Attach the return label provided and ship the item(s) back to us.

 

Returns Shipping Costs:

– UK Returns: We offer free returns on UK orders if item is defective or incorrect.

– NGN Returns: We offer free returns on NGN orders if item is defective or incorrect.

– International Returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs for international orders, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

 

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the replacement item. We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.

Processing Returns: Upon receipt of your return, our team will require 2-3 business days to inspect and confirm that the item(s) meet the return conditions before processing your refund.

 

Refunds:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned items have been inspected and processed. Please allow 5-30 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider. Please note that some refunds may take up to 21days depending on your bank or payment provider.

 

Faulty or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at orders@wanasambo.com. We will provide a return label and ensure that your item is replaced or refunded.

 

Legal Information:

In compliance with UK law, we provide a 14-day cooling-off period for consumers on all purchases made online. However, this does not apply to custom-made or personalized items, or goods sealed for health and hygiene reasons that have been unsealed after delivery.
